Android: INSTALL_FAILED_UPDATE_INCOMPATIBLE
An app with the same package name but a different signing key is already installed on the device.

Meaning
Android only allows updates signed with the same certificate. Debug builds (debug keystore) and release builds (release key / Play signing) can’t replace each other.
Common causes
- Switching between debug and release builds
- Different machine’s debug keystore
- Play-installed version on the device
